Hey guys. Before this episode starts, obviously, as we know, as we all can't avoid, America is just

continually getting worse. And with the recent murders from the government and the lying and

everything else we're seeing when it comes to ice raids, there are plenty of ways to feel

incredibly hopeless and just at a loss

for how you can help or how things can change.

But that's also how they want us to feel.

They want us to be afraid to speak up, afraid to help, and feeling like there's no way

that anything we can do can change anything.

That's not true.

And if you can donate even $1 to any of them, you are making a change because change needs to

happen. And don't forget, immigration makes this country great. And that's the only

way that it will continue to ever be a country that's worth talking about. The fact that, I mean,

I can go on for hours, but at this point, you can do things. You can hold the people close to you

close. You can show up. You can advocate for people

and it's not going to stop here. There's a lot of work that needs to be done. But this by taking

small steps is the only way that we're going to get anything to happen in this country. So

stay safe, show up, and speak out.
