Stephen Greer is a medical doctor who's taken a strong interest in UFOs and alien contact.

For years, he's been a leader in the disclosure movement that seeks to have the US government

reveal what it knows about extraterrestrials. He's also warned that the government is taking

a sinister hostile attitude toward the friendly aliens, and that the government is suppressing

alien tech that could power our civilization and save the world. Most dramatically, he says he's

leading an unapproved, extra-governmental effort to contact the aliens and conduct diplomacy

with them on behalf of the human race. According to Greer, ordinary humans can learn to summon

aliens, guide UFOs to them, and have positive productive experiences. So who is this Dr. Greer?
