I'll tell you what, I took a day or two off

for the Passover holiday and I feel like

I've been fly fishing in the middle of nowhere in Alaska for the last decade,

minus the relaxation. I feel completely out of sorts, completely not myself, completely

There is breaking news today.

Back in February as we all know if we're following this show and others,

13 year old Madeline Maddi Soto disappeared.

It prompted a statewide missing child alert.

Officials confirming that her body was later found in rural Osceola County

just days, I think it was four, maybe four days after she was first

reported missing. Stephen Stearns, who is the boyfriend of Maddie's mother, Jennifer Soto.

He was, and it continues to be the prime suspect.

Today, he was supposed to be up here in court.

He did not. And was charged with murder. Here break it all down on a historic day when it comes to this case are Timothy Janssen he's a partner in the firm
