Yeah, it's kind of a long story, but I'll try to highlight the most important point.

You know, it's really a combination of personal experience and some of the things that I've

struggled with throughout my life, married together with my professional experience, and I had

a career change about 12 years into my first career.

I was a high school science teacher, taught chemistry and biology.

My sort of 10-year journey of coming to a much different place in my life, coupled with this career change that I made, really brought me to this point that I'm at today. And my

mission is really to help women, particularly women in middle age, just because I feel like that's who I

relate to, because that's who I am, is to help women really start to embrace these powerful, strong

bodies that they have and realize how very powerful they really are,
