0:54.3	resume writer. What is involved in that? What separates you from someone who doesn't have that
0:59.8	certification? Absolutely. So, you know, there's actually several different types of certifications

And I went through the Professional Association of Resumay Writers and Career Coaches be certified, where I had to do some testing, provide some sample resumes that were judged by other resume writers and hiring professionals that are members of that association. And that's how I got my certification back in 2015, I believe. I'd been writing resumes a little bit
1:28.8	before that, you know, probably six to nine months before and really learning as much as I
1:34.8	possibly could from, you know, other industry leaders, other organizations. I'm actually very
1:40.5	active with the National Resumery Writers Association as well. They put out trainings all the time.
1:45.7	I mean, monthly, sometimes more than, definitely more than once a quarter. I'd say, you know,
1:51.4	every couple months they put out training. So trying to stay on top of, you know, hiring trends,
1:56.4	hiring technology, what's working, what's not, and really how to better serve job seekers at the,
2:02.8	you know, where the job market is right now.
2:05.2	Steph, I'm a millennial and it seems like my generation is more interested in how their
2:11.1	LinkedIn profile looks versus their resume. Has that changed in the last five years or so?
2:19.8	Yes and no. You know, LinkedIn has really come a long way. You know, when Microsoft purchased it several years ago, they really started
