Thank you. I'm excited to be here. I have to say that when I first read the title of your book,

I immediately thought, yes, this is what I need. I need this. Why did you decide to write this book?

Well, I've been spending about, it's been about 20 years in the process of getting to this moment.

The first 10, I developed the content speaking and consulting and training.

In the second 10, we've been implementing it in organizations.

And along the way, I have seen a lot in working people.

I have seen a lot of wasted talent.

And I have seen an awful lot of tolerated misery in just the way that work feels every single day for human beings who spend a dominant portion of their waking hours doing it.
