raise our vibration, lift our perspective, and build a positive mindset. My name is Henry,

and in this episode, we're going to talk about what you can focus on to get in that positive

mindset, to maintain that positive mentality, that positive feeling,

that uplifting energy that you want to be in, despite all the craziness that's happening,

despite all the distractions, all the negativity that is going on in the world.

This is something that I am doing and currently working on, and I think if you apply it to

your life,

it will simplify and allow you to be your most vibrant, giving, loving self. But before we get

started, we're going to take a few minutes to slow down, zero in, really enjoy this time together

to get in that positive vibration, to get in that uplifting vibration as a group. And so what we're going

to do is take a deep healing breath. You're going to pick a word that aligns with the frequency

that you want, whether it's love, happiness, joy, whatever word you want to align with.

Say that word over and over and over in your mind as you're taking a deep breath in, and then as you hold your breath,

visualize yourself doing something in that frequency,

and then once you exhale, let go of anything that no longer resonates with you.

So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in. And out.
