all about clarifying why weight loss happens and why so many of us are overweight on a vegan

diet. And that was me for years and years on a vegan diet, just struggling with weight gain and just my weight going up and down like a freaking yo-yo and not knowing who to believe and who to trust.

And then finally understanding about calorie density and calories and energy and then, yeah, taking away some of the emotion from it and

the need to follow all these rules and just really gaining complete freedom with food which
