but our country's decided we're going to go into full lockdown. So four weeks, basically,

you're not meant to leave the house except for essential supplies or to get a bit of fresh

air and exercise. So yeah, I think everyone's starting to get a

little bit of cabin fever. I don't know what it's like for you in the rest of the world where you're

listening, but I hope that you are safe. So this podcast is all about really why you self-sabotage.

Because it's a word that, or it's a phrase that I hear so much.

And when I think about it, I'm like, yeah, like, that was my pattern of behavior for so long as well.
