I figured summer would be more you know the time period when people are traveling and going away and I guess things have kind of gotten shaken up a bit with the state of the world. So I don't know, maybe fall, winter, the holiday season.

I had a couple calls this past week with individuals asking me like, how do I stay fit

when I travel, when I go on vacation.

One of the main problems, actually there's a conversation that's sticking out in particular where I had a woman that I was chatting with and she was like,

everything about my fitness, nutrition seems pretty solid, but I legitimately cannot go away,

cannot go on vacation without gaining like 10 pounds and it's super frustrating and then I have to work

really hard to get that 10 pounds down you know get the 10 pounds off and then

the cycle repeats itself and then I had somebody who demed me this morning and was like, hey, I heard you on a podcast and you said

that you can maintain your weight and stay pretty lean while you're traveling while you're on vacation, like how is that possible?
