Foreign policy, the day after the victory for the former president of the United States,

now President-elect Trump, We begin in Eurasia.

Mary, when you were in office with Secretary of State Pompeo, there was no Ukraine crisis. There is now.

And there's reason to believe that the Europeans are unprepared for a Trump victory.

I've spoken with them. The EU was unprepared. NATO, I don't bother with so much because the

engines of NATO are in the EU.

Unprepared meaning that they're waiting for the U.S. to take the lead continuing the Ukraine war.

The headlines in the F.T. mention America first.

In other words, they're looking to the past and the allegation of isolationism

that led to or is said to have contributed to the European crisis of the middle of the 20th century.

I throw all that down on the table because the dots may or may not connect. The Trump administration,

Mr. Trump has said things during the campaign,

but it's one thing to talk. It's another thing to organize your policy. How do you see the Trump
