Sarah has a very very touching story she had been a half-size-me community

member for quite a while and had made a wonderful connection with another person in our community and that person passed away.

And so Sarah took that extremely hard and she took a step away from the

community to deal with the grief of losing this friend. And in this call what we're

going to be talking about is how we want to start to reestablish some of those habits that she had prior to leaving and really get her in a groove of actually just checking to see what she has for breakfast,
