Summary

In today’s show, we are putting John Wenman in your passenger seat to discuss his journey in starting over as a residential service provider. Starting his business with his wife in 2015, John was all commercial. An electrician by trade, John got tired of the cash flow problems that so frequently accompany commercial work and decided to make the switch to residential. Starting in 2020, at the beginning of covid-19, he had a tough road in front of him. Yet, he persisted, and through trial and error and opening his mind to experts in the industry, he has seen and continues to see success. Wenbrooke Services is now a tri-trade organization expecting to obtain $6M in revenue in 2023. Along the way, the lessons that John has learned have proved invaluable to his success. On today’s show, John shares some key insights on what made the difference through this difficult, but rewarding journey.
