minutes. Recently I saw a post on the start today Facebook group. The person had joined the group. She had bought food,

healthy food. She had downloaded videos, fitness videos, and she was so discouraged because she

wrote, I bought the food, I downloaded the videos, and I'm not doing

anything. She wants to begin getting healthier, eating better, beginning exercise. She didn't say

what kind of exercise.

Primarily, the Start Today Facebook group is focused on walking.

And I do know that there are videos Leslie Sansone that you can walk inside in your home.

And so that might be what she was referring to, but she doesn't say.

The discouragement was palpable. This was someone who had made a decision to begin pursuing

fitness, begin pursuing better health, had even taken some action but just could

not get started. And the group just gathered around her virtually and began offering encouragement.
