| 0:58.0 | I had a season in my life where I was doing a lot of traveling for work, probably, at least for me. |
| 1:05.0 | It was three, maybe four trips a year. |
| 1:08.0 | I think there were some years that might have even been more than that. |
| 1:12.1 | And this season lasted for quite a few years. |
| 1:15.1 | And it actually coincided with when I got my first Fitbit. |
| 1:19.5 | And I had these step goals every day. |
| 1:23.4 | And those goals, as I've explained in previous episodes, those goals started at 10,000 steps, |
| 1:30.6 | and then 12, 15, 17, eventually 20,000. |
| 1:35.9 | The 20K one-year step challenge where I publicly made the commitment that I was going to walk |
| 1:41.5 | at least 20,000 steps every day, and then I posted every day my progress. And I was doing traveling during that season of life. And so I was getting |
| 1:50.3 | on airplanes, traveling to other cities for conferences, for meetings, and then back to Maryland. |
| 1:57.7 | And so those journeys to other cities actually fed into this part of fitness walking |
