I would like to share with you something today that's always available to you that very few people

tap into. But if you're aware of it and if you do tap into it, whatever it is you're going to do today this week this

month this year I guarantee you I guarantee you you'll have not only more fun but a better outcome. Now this can apply to anything that you

want to do. Maybe it's you want to give your body a break from alcohol, maybe you want

to start a new project, maybe you want to pick up a new or

different skill. Whatever it is, so often, almost always, we can go into new life situations with this feeling of fear, of dread,

of nervous anticipation, of, oh, I've got to get through this.

What if, my friends, what if we flipped it and started with a feeling of elation.

Alation, a feeling of yes, let's go! Think about that. Imagine you're embarking on a new project right now, whatever

it is in your work and your business and instead of going, oh gosh, I've got to figure

out this whole new thing, you go, oh my gosh, I got to figure out this whole new thing you go oh my gosh I get to go into this whole new area of growth and expansion

how exciting my husband just this week is his phone app said look seven months yeah seven months

alcohol free how exciting right there is no white knuckling here.

There is no, oh my gosh, this is, you know, really difficult every single day.

Oh my gosh, I've got to get through this project,

I've got to do this, I've got to do that. There is a feeling of a lation.

Kids have this. Kids know this. You know when you say to a kid, hey do you want to do this or do you

want to do that? do you want to do that they go yeah like it's the

coolest best thing ever when did we lose that you know I was even speaking to a friend

the other day and she's planning her Europe trip for this summer and she was like, oh, I've got to figure out the flight and they're already getting booked. And I was like, what energy are you bringing to your vacation lady? Why can't this be an elated feeling?

Oh my gosh, I get to sit down and look at flights and IDA and make an amazing plan?
