Do you ever feel stuck, my friends? I can tell you as a life coach feeling stuck is the most common thing that we hear.

I feel stuck at work, I feel stuck in my relationship, I feel stuck in life, feel like I've hit

a plateau, I just feel stuck. Getting unstuck is something that you hear a lot in the coaching world.

I'd like to offer a slightly different way of looking at being stuck today, something that just rings true in nature and perhaps is frankly a little bit more honest

just that we've stopped. I think about even just like a kids football right like going down the street if it's in motion it's going to stay in motion

It will stop when it will be stuck when it's stopped somewhere. Maybe it gets stuck behind a car wheel or I get stuck in a doorway or stuck near a fence.
