Today's 10-minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent.

The other night, Ava and I were getting ready to take our evening walk.

We take a couple of walks, usually a couple of walks every day.

We've got one at some point in the afternoon, depending on my work schedule, depending on her schedule.

And then typically we have a walk that we take after dinner.
