Things are quiet this morning, and I was hopeful, maybe even expecting, to hear some of the birds, even some of the bugs.

As I'm walking along the wooded trail, I'm not really hearing much of anything.

And this is exactly what it sounds like, where you train too much, or you do too much.

And it can actually lead to some real consequences, some real issues which are not good. For example, overtraining has shown to lead

to depression in some circumstances. Overtraining can elevate your heart rate to a place that's, well, not good.

Over-training can cause you to lose your appetite.
