windy here in Myrtle Beach yesterday afternoon and last night. And this morning, things are very calm.

Skies are cloudy.

Temperature is comfortable.

The sun has not yet risen.

It is a really sweet morning for a walk.

Got an email this week from Melissa.

She said, I just listened to today's podcast, Who Did the Harder Thing?

I loved it and loved your perspective.

That episode released earlier this week, and I've been doing this now for almost three years.

And I think that's one of my favorite episodes.

And I love the message of that episode.

Who did the harder thing?

It was about the half marathon that was here in Myrtle Beach probably a couple of months ago.

Did some research.

Went online, found out the last person who finished was someone named

Kirsten.

The winner was a guy named Matt.

Matt ran really, really fast.

And Kirsten walked at about three miles an hour, and she was the last person to cross the finish line.

And I thought about that and pondered the question, who did the harder thing?

Was it the winner or the person who came in last?
