And in a moment, I'm going to be asking you to use your imagination to visualize or pretend that it's night time and you're standing on a warm tropical beach somewhere.

And there is nothing in this environment that can harm you or disturb your relaxation.

The sound of the gentle ocean waves and the feeling of the sand beneath your bare feet allow you to relax just a little bit more.

And your hand is a flashlight and under your arm is a thick blanket.

As you walk along the beach, shining the flashlight to light your way, you search for the perfect spot to lay out your blanket so that you can lie down for some stark asian.

The evening air is warm and comfortable.

The sand under your feet still feels warm after being heated by the sun all day long.

And with each step you take along the beach, you relax a little bit more.
