When I was running the advanced training in the SEAL teams, I watched and I saw

0:07.9

all too often platoons falling apart during training missions. Just falling apart.

0:15.9

Total disaster. And here's the thing, it wouldn't happen all at once. It wouldn't

0:24.2

happen from one big catastrophic event. It was a little mistake here, followed by a

0:31.9

little mistake there, which leads to another mistake. They would take too long to

0:38.1

come up with their plan. Take them an extra 45 minutes to come up with a plan.

0:42.7

And now they don't really have time to rehearse. And they don't have time to give

0:48.5

1:57.3

2:06.8

2:14.1

your rehearsal time and the briefing time and you can't do walkthroughs and not everyone gets the

2:19.6

2:26.8

problems get worse and worse. And then you have an unmitigated disaster. And this is the thing.
