And now he puts himself over like he's some icon because he's like,

I mean, dude, you're going to get traded in the summer.

There was failure in him trying to get traded.

And he tries to play it off like, no, I'm staying. Yeah. I will make a bet with you, Jan. That's not that he cares about me. You're going to be gone in July. You're going to get traded. And then now you're going to look like a bigger fool that you were tweeting about how legends don't chase. Like, you're going to contradict yourself in six, seven months.

Didn't mean to. Yeah, you did. You absolutely did. No, I was literally doing the math. I was trying to figure out if it's July or how many months it is. Right. Six. No, wait, that's seven. Yeah, exactly. So it's six or seven. The NFL honors was on last night. I didn't watch it, but I was curious to see the results and what happened.

And so Matthew Stafford won the MVP in what is considered one of the closest races of all time. He edged out Drake May. I was leaning towards Matthew Stafford, but I think out of respect to the year Drake May had, I think this is one of those. It could go either way. Yeah, it could have. It could have because Matthew Stafford had so much more than Drake May did from receiving. I mean, Danty Adams had led the league in

touchdowns and Pooka Nakuwa was probably right behind Jackson Smith and Jigba and the

Offensive Player of the Year awards. And you go look at Drake May and he's throwing the're throwing the ball too right and so it's just it's a different but he still had an unbelievable statistical season so you could see why he was more valuable but i also get that matt stafford is turning into one of the great players at the end of his life end of his football life that we've seen. Because he's gotten better

since he got traded. Absolutely. I guess you needed to get away from Detroit for that to happen.

He was good in Detroit. He's great here in Los Angeles. Sean McVeigh deserves a lot of credit.

But it got me thinking of you and Sean because a year ago at this very time, we had some very heated debates about Matthew Stafford.

Because there were rumors that Stafford wanted out. Sean was saying, yes, wife does a podcast, she wants to live in New York. I remember that was one of the angles. You, rightfully so, said, hey, I want Matthew Stafford, but I'm skeptical. I think this is all about a new contract. He is using us. And remember, the Giants hired his brother-in-law. That too, yeah, yeah, yeah. Who John Horwell just retained.
