So I was recently in Venice Beach, California and I jetted up the road through

Santa Monica to go visit my buddy Aaron Elzander he's quite an interesting

character he's got like biomass and bodywork tools littered all over his living

room this kind of like ghetto ice bath freezer in his backyard that he

climbing there and shiver ass off inside of the sauna across from that a bunch

of like bongo drums and musical instruments and it's kind of crazy it's not

not creepy but crazy and we recorded a podcast when I was there we did breath

work before the podcast on ice plunge and I think he may have been like

shooting his bow back there somewhere at some point because there were arrows and
