Summary

Mark Johnson has been around the endurance community as a participant and as a reporter and photographer.

He shares with The Nation his new book, "Spitting in the Soup - Inside the Dirty Game of Doping in Sports".

In this book, Mark teaches us about the history of performance enhancing drugs in sports. Doping has been around for a long time, for many reasons, but only recently banned. 1:18.4	In fact, I haven't had to recharge it, but they say you can charge your iPhone five times
