so it goes it's so fun to learn about energy and how much power we have at our fingertips when we

understand that we are the energy, that what we do matters, that it's about how we navigate this

crazy world. It's not about being tossed around. It's us controlling our emotions, our energy and being in full

awareness that what we are experiencing and what we're feeling is the gift. That's it. This is it.

This is us understanding and learning. This is what makes us empowered within ourselves is knowing

that we take full responsibility of our body,

our energy, and that's going to get reflected in our external world. It makes us not a victim.

It makes us in love with ourselves. And it just makes us really connected to who we truly are,

which is what we're here to do is find out who we really are so we can follow our

sole purpose. We can follow our North Node. We can follow our heart without question.

And one thing that keeps coming up is we talk a lot about following your heart and listening

to your heart and with the retreat that I just ran, which by the way, was insane. It was so

amazing. Season one. Oh, my God.

But we talk a lot about the heart, the heart coherence. So if you have your heart sending more

signals to your brain than your brain sending to your heart, then we know the heart has a map,

a path, a purpose that we can't even comprehend. Logically, we have to just follow. And we have to

get in tune with our heart. I wrote about this in my book, The Process, that my heart is the ocean. It's magnificent. It's filled with all this wonder,
