I'm so glad that you are hanging out with me on the Sheeproose Faithful

Podcast today. I'm so grateful you're here. I love what we're going to be talking about today.

I was really encouraged this week by it. And this is kind of like Lauren's journal.

You know, if I did journal, I used to journal avidly. And then I had four kids and it is really hard to journal avidly.

And when I try to write, I realize the writing muscles in my hands feel like they've

atrophied because it's so painful to even write a letter, you know, to somebody in the mail.

And I'm like, how did I just fill up journals?

So the podcast sometimes feels like a journal

and processing things that I'm learning and the Lord is teaching me in my life and being able to

share it with you. So I hope you're encouraged today. I'm talking about virtue and actually ways that

virtue grows specifically through opposition, and how these little uphill

battles that we face every day are actually just grounds for cultivating virtue, and that is done

in Christ and for His glory, and it blesses us with virtue. So we'll get into that in a minute. I wanted to
