There's a verse in the Bible that says, do not be anxious about anything.

Excuse me, God. Have you ever lived in my shoes? Sometimes we think our anxieties about life

are just a byproduct of living. Sometimes we deal with them or we cover them up, but some days

they ultimately defeat us. Today we are looking at what the Bible actually says about anxiety

and uncovering the root of why our hearts really are anxious.

This is part one of a two-part series.

Now, this is a story all about how my life got flipped turned upside down.

Hey, hey, thank you so much for joining me on the Sheproos Faithful podcast. I am over here. I'm actually recording this at night the day before I want to release it, of course, because I leave myself plenty of time to do things. Maybe you're like me. You just are a last minute. Girl, that's my game. Okay, so I have this brief story for you. The other day,

we were having family worship, which family worship usually consists of our family, reading the Bible.

We pray together, do a verse or catechism, memory, and then we sing a song. And we sing all sorts of

songs. And the other day, we happened to sing

Jesus loves me. And my daughter afterwards, who's three going on four in April, she comes up to me and she

says, okay, now I'm going to sing a song. It's called, oh, come this blessing for myself. Okay.

All right. So, now I don't know who's teaching her such songs. These three-year-olds,

they're resourceful. I mean, I watched my one-year-old literally turn on the TV and record an episode of

Paw Patrol. Now, some might say, oh, he's just pressing buttons like girls do, you know, when they play

Nintendo and they end up winning Mario Kart just because they're over there smashing buttons.

Oh no.

I think he's on to something over there.

I think he's smarter than I think he is.
