Hey ladies, welcome to the show. I have some exciting news. You're not going to believe this,

but I am on the Facebook. Do you guys remember when it was called the facebook.com? No, yes. Okay.

Anyway, in the past, I have talked about moving away from social media personally in my own life. I literally have Facebook blocked on my phone. I don't have an app and I was really proud of myself for that for a while because it was so distracting and it wasted a lot of my time. But I discovered a secret way I could just open up Safari on my iPhone and just go to www.com and

voila. It was all there, the same stuff. And so I noticed sometime in the fall last year that I was just

addicted and mad crazy to the FB. So I had to let it go and I actually had to Google how do I prevent myself

from going on Facebook? How do I do this? And you literally have to go to the adult content

section of your phone. Not that there is an adult context. I'm a little, okay, let me start over.

You go to the place where you want to block sites from your phone.

And you can type in a specific website and mine is Facebook.com.

So this has been my personal journey, but you wonder, why now, Lauren?

Why on Facebook?

So I started a Sheproos faithful Facebook fan page, if you will,

because the only way to connect with my faithful lovely ladies of the SPF podcast was via

Instagram. Those are my only social media platform, which I love, by the way, if you want to find

me on Insta at Shepu's Faithful. And I'd love to share pictures with you

via Instagram. It's so fun and comment on all yours because I love it. It's been great. And even by

email, I've gotten some really encouraging, really incredible emails from some of you ladies.
