Summary

Stress can show up in our bodies, sometimes without us even realizing we’ve been holding stress!  Maybe you haven't been sleeping well, or a small rash showed up on your face, or maybe your cycle is off. Paying attention to these physical signs is so important!  They can alert us to stuff that’s going on within us that’s causing us stress. Today’s meditation will  help you gather and release all of the stress you might be holding in your body, so you can show up to your day feeling light and free.
