Fortuna. And today we have a special guest, former Notre Dame defensive lineman Ian Williams,

who went on to a successful career with the San Francisco 49ers, as in media in the Bay Area

now. And he had some really good insights for us, kind of comparing his Notre Dame experience,

the good, the bad to what happened with, you know, his time of the San Francisco 49ers,

had a couple good Jim Harbaugh stories as well, but kind of some good insights about what

makes a successful organization and what it takes to get there because he's watched his alma mater go

from up and down in his four years here to more than 40 wins, four straight 10 win seasons

and now on the verge of a second trip to the college football playoff.

So some good insights from former Notre Dame defensive lineman Ian Williams.

Ian out in the Bay Area now doing some cool things with the San Francisco 49ers,

which technically are they still the San Francisco 49ers or are the Arizona 49ers right now?

The Arizona 49 is at the time being,

especially with everything going out here in Santa Clara

where the cases are rising.

So the county, you know, they wanted to, you know,

do everything they could to put a stop to us.

So they put a stop to, you know, contact sports.

So the team was just trying to figure out a place to be able to still be able

to play football they were thinking about san diego thinking about l a but arizona was the first

city and team that reed style that allowed them to go and play football it's not uh not the worst
