a Notre Dame graduate, 40 years at Clemson in media relations.

We had a great interview with him talking some insights about Davoswini,

what makes him tick.

As a Notre Dame graduate, what was like to be up in the press box on

November 7th watching his alma mater go against his employer and looking ahead to

Saturday so that's our second segment we'll be back with a second podcast later this

week we've got another pretty cool guest name you will be very familiar with.

But look, this week was, there's a lot going on around Notre Dame outside of the ACC championship game, and frankly, there's nothing, no word to start about Clark Lee.

Our favorite podcast guest, and yeah, our favorite co-hosts look it's uh he accepted the van der bill job

formally on monday night um he will stay with notre dame through the acc championship game and

presumably the college football playoff presumably meaning Notre Dame makes the college football

playoff not presumably whether he would or would not.

Matt, I guess what was your reaction when you found out Clark was who was off to Nashville's alma mater?

Part of me is saying what took so long because this opening was there for over two weeks,

and I think from the minute it opened, we all knew he would be

or should be one of the top choices.

I know Lance Lypole from Buffalo and a couple other guys were in the mix, but not just happy

for him.
