He's got a lot of experience, got a lot of wisdom to share with us. We talk a wide range of topics. We talk about how much speaking he does. You'll be surprised. He does a lot of speaking, how he manages that, how he figured out that that was the right amount for him. One of things we talk talk about is there's no right or wrong amount to speaking that you can do. He does a lot of gigs, well over 100 gigs a year. And so we talk about how he landed on that. We talk about how much he charges. He's very open and honest and sharing that. We also talk about bureaus and his relationship with bureaus, whether or not you should be working with bureaus. And we spent some time talking about speaking fees, knowing what you said, set them at, how you should raise them, when you should raise them, a lot of different variables and factors that go into that. So again, wide-ranging practical conversation. I think you're going to get a lot from this. So let's jump into this conversation with Josh Linkner. Enjoy.
