I'm going to start off talking about soy sauce.

And the caramel salted water that people may or may not know.

And this isn't a full podcast about soy sauce.

Just a brief intro about soy sauce.

And then we're going to get into a conversation with Chef J.J. Johnson,

a field trip in New York.

And we'll get into a variety of things.

It's sort of like a half dad's half too small to fail.
