So somebody stops paying in April of 2020. You can't actually evict them for that until the moratorium ban ends two years for now.

So a renter could actually live in your house as a landlord for two years,

nine months having ever paid. So the question is this, how do most agents find the secrets to succeed in today's

competitive real estate market, especially when the top agents are keeping those secrets themselves.

So what's new in New York today?

We are under like two or three feet of snow up here right now so...

Two or three feet.

Yeah, we keep we keep getting hit with it like you, we got like 12 inches and we got like another 8 and then we got a little reprieve and now we're being hit again. This morning there was like three or four inches.

So do people do real estate when there's two or three feet of stone? Oh yeah,

especially in this market right now. I'm still out showing houses all the time. I was at a

list of appointment yesterday. They are not. The snow is not stopping anyone.
