The people in 2008 lost so much money because they were, it wasn't the people that were buying cash flow, right?

Those guys are very rich right now. The guys that

lost other money are the guys that were putting 125, getting loans 125% LTV.

The guys that are flipping and trying to make a quick buck that didn't know what they were doing.
