Summary

This week I spoke to Jésabel DC. She runs a digital organization studio where she helps people with anxiety organize their digital lives. I was one of those people, which is how we met. We talked about how she’s helped me with my inbox and the systems she helped me make. With a background in psychology and design, she specializes in turning chaotic digital environments (i.e., inboxes, files, calendars) into playful, functional spaces. We talked about how she got into this, and how the system she helped me make has evolved and what ai can do to feel less overwhelmed now. She defines anxiety-aware communication, gives advice on managing undefined relationships, prioritizing what matters, friend assistance and more. Let us know if you listen.
