I didn't run.

I did walk, but it's quite cold and I've got boots on, as you can see.

Probably not very good for my running gate.

Utterly disappointing after that massive introduction.

I run 17 miles yesterday though.

Okay, well.

Day off. There you are.

Fair enough.

I mean, you are amazing. And this is what gets me because you've been running for a while now

and every year you just set yourself bigger challenges

and do bigger events and longer runs.

I think you are actually crazy.

I'm completely and utterly addicted.
