Today I am so excited to have a real multi-hyphenate in the studio with me, wellness expert

chef and thought leader Sophia Row.

Sophia is the sort of self-made woman that everyone in the click office is obsessed

with thanks to her incredibly approachable Instagram presence and her unbelievable story.

The daughter of two substance abusers and someone who ended up in the foster system, Sophia

turned around a really difficult childhood to create an inspiring life, first through

food, and later via her own platform.

She's here to talk about her journey from private chef to empowerment, activist, and wellness

resource.

So what did you study in school and what did you think you were going to be when you grew

up?

So, school.

So I'm a two time college strap out which I think is really important just to start.

There's that.

Initially, I wanted to, I was going to school for composition.

So I was a big music head, which is really kind of cool.
