"Be kind to yourself. Listen to yourself. Respect yourself. Listen to your inner truth. You have wisdom. Listen. You are worth it"  ~ fellow meditator, Kyle   Do you feel like you've let yourself go these days of pandemic and uncertainty? This week is a chance to get back on track with caring for yourself. When you care for yourself, you have more to give to others. Self-care is a win-win for your mind, body, and spirit.   This week, I invite you to give yourself some gentle self-care.  You'll explore a different meditation technique in each episode to give yourself the self-care you may so badly crave these days.   This is part 1 of a 7-part Self-Care meditation series, episodes 2159-2165.   THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE: You're invited to take part in a Self-Care Quest.
