It's no secret.

Our girl Cassie has been on the struggle bus for the past three years.

But all the struggles in your life have brought up a bad habit that you would really like the listeners to help you out with.

Yeah, I noticed, and things lately too too, have been just such a pile on that

I'm sinking back into old bad habits. And I'm going to go ahead and throw out sort of a content

warning for disordered eating just in case you're dealing with that. You may want to check out or

check back later. So I found myself doing things and it started slow with like biting my nails, you know, and it's, I used to be a nail biter.

I stopped and now I can't stop chewing at them because I'm like all on edge.

And I'm trying to hold everything together during the day, but it's like at night when I'm able to like let go for a minute that things sort of start to slide.

And I notice I'm starting to be hard on myself.

I'm making more.

I mean, Bert's brought it up as well.
