I got an email from a listener in Hawaii,

and when she started off a loha, she had my attention

because it was coming all the way from Hawaii.

Like, I know it's not a different country, but still nonetheless,

I'm like, oh, my God, we have a listener in Hawaii.

That's so cool.

Kristen is still fascinated by the world and the internet now.

And I had come on the air not too long ago talking about how it was time to really take a look at my wine consumption.

And I know, like, you know, the mommy wine clubs

and the wine consumption for moms on social media,

it's a thing, right?

And I'm like, okay, I think I'm finally ready to read that book,

this naked mind and or, yeah, this naked mind,

which my husband has read in regards to like my relationship to alcohol just because like you know

I don't drink during the week though yesterday was my birthday so I had a glass of wine at dinner

there's exceptions um but even on the weekends I'm like you know I don't really think I'm being the best

like I'm not the best mom I can be I'm not the best wife I can be and it's all because I'm kind
