Well, hello and welcome back to the Unbothered Blonde's podcast. Today, it's going to be a solo episode with

myself, Randa Karaba, and the day that I am recording this is actually the day after Kate's

birthday. So Kate's birthday was yesterday. We're actually going to be celebrating her birthday tomorrow.

And we actually did a recording last week with a special guest. And so that one's

going to be coming out soon, but it is taking me a little bit longer to edit it. And so I didn't

want y'all to have to wait for me to finish editing that special episode this weekend. So I wanted

to get something fresh and new out this week for y'all. So I told

Kate, since she's busy with all of her birthday stuff and obviously always her business stuff,

that I would go ahead and do a solo episode. So I kind of just wanted to do kind of like a life

update as well as, you know, hitting on some blessings and things that have happened in my life,

honestly, since Kate and I have become friends and kind of collided forces together,

because I think sometimes as women, we forget the power of community and coming together

and friendship and opportunity together.

So first things first, we have now been in our new home almost two months. It is still not finished or

complete. And, you know, it's kind of a, it's first world problems because it's glamping at

its finest by all means. But the only furniture that we have is our master bed. We did get our master bed frame in one of our nightstands

and a shelf in last week. And then we had baby's room all set up. And the reason that that all

happened is because we were not going to list our previous home for sale until we got 100%
