So before I start today's podcast, right after this, you'll hear a welcome to the Unbothered

Ones podcast. I just wanted to come on and say, you know, it's such a hard, sensitive, painful,

deep subject for a lot of people, especially those who have gone through a miscarriage or a loss. And, you know, at first I thought,

because I have not had one, should I even show up on this podcast with my friend? Should I just let

her talk? But I also know that there are people, you know, that are friends and family that are dealing with loved ones who

have these losses and they don't know what to say or do or how to comfort or maybe want to

understand a little bit more.

So that's why I decided to step in and to ask honestly deeper questions about Amy's

miscarriage experience than I even knew before this and um to learn

myself so while this is definitely not an experience that I have any experience on doesn't mean that

I won't one day um one and four women are affected I just wanted to really set the tone and say that I have no

reputability to talk about this subject, but Amy, you know, has been through it. And so it's going to be

her story that you're going to be hearing. And I just want to kind of ask the questions that the

listeners sent in and understand a little bit more myself because it is

something for me to learn how to be more empathetic about as well. Well, hello and welcome back to
