I actually have an app on my phone that allows me to track flights. So there are times when I'll be sitting on my front

porch and I can see planes in the sky and I'll pull the app up on my phone and I'll see that

plane in my app and I can tap on the plane, an icon of a plane, and it'll give me all the details,

where the flight originated from, where they're going to.

It's not uncommon to see planes that are, actually, whether they're southbound or northbound are either heading to Orlando or flying

north from Orlando of course Disney World and every now and that I'll see a plane that is coming from

Europe they've been in the air for 13 hours. And they're heading for Disney World.

It's like, ah, you're almost there.

I heard the jet, and now I don't hear it.

Every now and then, I like to take some time and to intentionally be grateful to think of the blessings that I have, to be reminded of the blessings that I have, and to feel the gratitude for those blessings.

I am grateful that I do that from time to time. I would like to do it more. I like to have more

of an attitude of gratefulness as I go through my day. I think that being grateful can really lower frustration.
