Today's 10 minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent.

So let's take a walk.

It is a breezy morning, which is actually a good thing.

Later today, the temperature of the heat index is supposed to reach the, I think it's the mid-90s.

And when it gets like that, having that wind come off the ocean, the ocean is about two miles,

no, maybe a mile that way. So having that wind come off the ocean is actually going to be a really nice thing later this afternoon.

Solving the exercise problem. What is the exercise problem? Well, we go through life as adults and we hear continuously that exercise is something that we should be doing, something that we need.

Problem is, exercise is hard. Starting is hard, sticking with it is even harder, and it's just not fun.

And so we have these two opposing things. And it's just not fun.

And so we have these two opposing things. We should, we need to,

and it's really hard, and we don't want to.

Hence the exercise problem.

And most of us, and I'm included in this over the course of our lives, we have made the

this is the year I'm going to get serious about fitness, and then we dive in, maybe even dive in the deep end.

And after about two weeks, maybe you give it a month.
