is mom guilt and partner guilt. So I talk about mom guilt a lot. I feel like everyone can relate to having

experienced mom guilt. We all know what it feels like. But partner guilt, I feel like I made that up

a while back because I was feeling the same kinds of, you know, like mental struggles. You know how it just

kind of like ruins your moment? Like that's what I like, when I think of mom guilt, I think of like

it just sucks the enjoyment out of situations, even if those situations should be enjoyable.

That's how I view mom guilt.

And then I started to realize that I was actually experiencing partner guilt as well.

So I will get into what that is.
