Summary

Episode 37: Hi loves!! Wanted to have a quick check in with you! I can’t believe we are halfway through the year already. I felt so inspired by a video I came across about how to manage time, implement new habits, and create new experiences by Jesse Itzler. I love sharing things that really impact my life so I hope you find this as beneficial as I did. It’s also a nice reminder that you never have to wait until the new year to analyze where you can improve! I went through a few of your most asked questions too. I love our chats and can’t wait to record these solo episodes for you more frequently!

But we're officially halfway through the year, which is so crazy. Like I feel like the older I'm the quicker, the time goes. And, you know, it's so funny. I'll have these conversations with my mom, and she's just, like, it goes faster every single year. So I kind of just wanted to have a check-in with you because I had one with myself. And I usually wait until the end of the year to, like, really analyze, like, my habits, the things that are working, the things that aren't working, and how I want to improve. But I really felt like I was in need of a rebrand and probably not in the way that you think. Lately, I've just been feeling like my schedule and my days and my time is out of my control. And that is not a good feeling. Like, I don't know about you, but sometimes

1:28.9

when I go to sleep, I'm like, I should have done X, Y, or Z. And I always feel like I'm behind. I'm not on time.

1:35.5

And that can take a toll, you know, like on your mental health. And you don't operate as well as a human

1:40.7

when you just feel like you're behind and not in control. So I took a moment to check

1:45.8

in with myself and then I came across this video at the perfect time and I implemented change

1:51.8

from this video that has drastically improved the way I manage my time and just my life within

1:59.3

the last two weeks. I came across this video from Jesse

2:02.2

Itzler. A few of you may know him, but I feel like most of his audience is male-based. So he's been

2:08.1

one of my favorite follows lately. He's an author, an entrepreneur, and an athlete. And he's also

2:12.6

married to Sarah Blakely, which is the founder of Spanx. So that is such a sleigh. But anyways, I came across this video of

2:18.7

his about how to schedule your time and really optimize your time and make the most out of your

2:24.2

year. And typically I'd be like, okay, I'm going to circle back to this in December and I'm going to

2:29.6

implement this change at the start of the new year. But I'm like, you know what? I don't want to wait
