Summary

Episode 71: Hey guys!! This week we're chatting about all things stress!

Learning how to lower my stress has CHANGED my health. So many of the doctors I saw before I got my PCOS diagnosis told me to "be less stressed" but didn't give any guidance. So in todays episode, we're breaking down low stress habits and the time of day I find each habit to be the most effective. Keep in mind, everyone is different and these tools are just a few of the ones that have worked well for me. I hope you love this episode and feel all the low stress vibes after listening! XO

in the guest bedroom, I'll have my pajamas on, get my little mic set up, have my little tea,

how fun would it be to just hang out in bed together? But right now, I'm in a golf simulator room

1:09.7

in my apartment complex, very random, and there is a

1:13.3

high possibility that somebody could come in and want to golf at any moment. I'm hoping at 2 p.m.

1:19.2

on a Tuesday that the golf lovers are busy and that they're going to let us do our thing in here.

So currently sitting in the golf simulator room, I have a rail heating patch on because I started my period this morning and just a little crampy, not too bad, but it feels so good. So I've got my nice little heating patch on. I've got a chomstick ready to go. I've got my water jug filled up. So as long as we don't have any golfers come in here and start swinging around, I think we're going to have a great combo. And also we've had a lot of solos lately, but based off of your DMs, you guys have been really enjoying them. Anyways, today we're going to be chatting all about stress and cortisol. I'm also breaking down the habits that I use to manage my stress or just habits that I have tried that worked really well to manage my stress

by the time of habits that I use to manage my stress or just habits that I have

tried that worked really well to manage my stress by the time of day that I find them most effective.
