We opened on Thursday.

We passed our final health inspection Wednesday at about midday.

And we're like, let's just open tomorrow. So we did. Yeah. That was Thursday. Thursday. Thursday. Thursday we passed. Thursday we passed. Friday we open. Let's be real, though. We've been basically here 24-7 since Tuesday. And we have a couple of things that we need to fix for health that are coming back on Monday.

Yeah.

So it's been a run, you guys.

It's been a cool run, though.

We decided kind of just to go for it.

The town had been rolling through so much over the week as we were doing our training that we had our coffee and we had the general space as far as just the ability to make our coffee beverages that was like ready

to go and something that kind of happens when you're ramping up to open is that all of the details

are pretty much insurmountable and you can't get your mind around all of them in a perfect way.

And you kind of need to test around it a little bit to see all the things you need to focus on immediately.

And so it's like a good and bad thing to soft open or whatever to open up the doors before you're ready.

I think for us has been a good thing, but it makes us really put the spotlight on the things that aren't working perfectly.
